The Antigua and Barbuda Electoral Commission (ABEC) has made the decision to allow for the process of continuous registration for qualified Barbudan electors to take place at the Central Registration Unit (CRU) effective Monday, October 2.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

The CRU is located on Factory Road in the Peace Corps Building.<\/p>\n

This is in keeping with the Representation of the People\u2019s (Amendment) Act 2002, section 28, 2(a) which indicates \u201ccontinuous registration shall be undertaken at such place or places and at times fixed by the Commission\u201d.<\/p>

In this regard, eligible Barbudans can be registered at the CRU on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.<\/p>

The Commission wishes to inform Barbudans, that this is a temporary arrangement until further notice.<\/p>\n

Barbudans who may have any questions or concerns are being asked to contact the Registration Officer for the Constituency, Mr. Mulvane George, at 764-9022.<\/p>
