The Development Project Manager is responsible for directing, managing, planning and coordinating on-site horizontal construction activities to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget parameters.<\/p>

Key Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n

Supervise on-site construction and manage key staff \u00b7 Communicate goals and project status with management \u00b7 Monitor construction schedule, cost and quality \u00b7 \u00a0Review and approve consultant and contractor invoices \u00a0\u00b7 \u00a0Monitor contractor operations for conformance to contract documents \u00a0\u00b7 \u00a0Establish project reporting procedures \u00a0\u00b7 \u00a0Provide safety leadership on site \u00a0\u00b7 \u00a0Monitor construction schedule \u00b7 Analyze and interpret job cost reports for decisions on crew sizes, equipment needs and scheduling \u00b7 Review and approve invoices \u00b7 Provide safety leadership \u00b7 Point of contact for construction-related topics<\/p>
