Manage entire food and beverage operation for high-end hospitality operation in a remote area \u00b7\u00a0 Menu creation \u00b7 Innovative food preparation and presentation \u00b7 \u00a0Manage ordering, inventory and waste control \u00b7 Budgets and accurate costing of all dishes prepared in F&B operation\u00a0 \u00b7 Display exceptional leadership \u00b7 Hire, train and develop culinary staff \u00b7 Teach preparation according to well-defined recipes \u00b7 Provide direction for day-to-day operations in the kitchen \u00b7 Maintain quality standards for receiving, storage, production and presentation of food\u00a0 \u00b7 Monitor culinary staff performance; provide guidance and direction \u00b7 Establish and enforce kitchen hygiene and safety \u00b7 Create, manage and oversee staff meal program \u00b7 Utilize local farmers and fisherman \u00b7 Interact with guests \u00a0\u00b7 Actively respond to and handle guest problems and complaints\u00a0 \u00b7 Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained<\/p>
