Key Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manage the entire Human Resource operation \u00b7 Recruiting, training and new employee orientation \u00b7 Retention of qualified employees \u00b7 Handle employee relations matters \u00b7 Wage and benefit administration \u00b7 Update and maintain all hiring documents, including job descriptions and contracts\u00a0 \u00b7 \u00a0Conduct exit interviews \u00b7 Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable requirements \u00b7 Counsel and train managers on employee relations issues \u00b7 Maintain confidential employee records \u00b7 Conduct investigations \u00b7 Counsel and discipline employees \u00b7 Plan, monitor and appraise job results \u00b7 Review and recommend pay structure revisions \u00b7 Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures \u00b7 Budget forecasts<\/p>
