A delegation from the United progressive Party, this morning left Antigua for Cuba.<\/p>

Opposition leader Baldwin Spencer led the delegation following the invitation by ruling party in Cuba.<\/p>\n

The five member delegation also includes UPP Chairman D. Gisele Isaac.<\/p>\n
