High Court Judge, Justice Iain Morely wants letters of commendation to be sent to a police constable and a prison officer for the work they did in identifying murder suspect, Steve Urlings on the night Albert Browne was murdered.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Police Constable, Jermaine Moore and Prison Officer Makeeda Tweed put their lives in danger to follow a suspect whom witnesses said had just fatally shot Browne.<\/p>\n

While trailing him in a mini bus they were able to make a positive identification and this led to Urlings\u2019 arrest a few days later.<\/p>

The judge has also commended numerous civilian witnesses who took the stand to testify at the murder trial, which culminated with Urlings being sentenced to 45 years in prison.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

Albert Browne was shot three times with bullets piercing his face and chest.<\/p>\n

The 19-year-old died on the spot in Booby Alley on September 1, 2014.<\/p>

No clear motive for the shooting was revealed at trial.<\/p>\n
