The employment future of St. John\u2019s Development Corporation employee accused of theft last year remains in limbo.<\/p>

The woman has been out of office since November 2016 after a $30 shortfall in her accounting resulted in an allegation of theft being leveled against her.<\/p>\n

While she\u2019s been home the board of directors recently offered her a severance package of about $4000.<\/p>

According to our source, the board has threatened to suspend the woman\u2019s weekly pay if she does not accept the severance.<\/p>

An investigation last year vindicated her of the theft but she was sent back home two days after returning to work and has been waiting to go back to work ever since.<\/p>

Her employment status was also subject to protest last year after reports surfaced that she received a pay hike after the investigation.<\/p>\n
