Browne who also operates a halfway house for boys also suggests that educational empowerment is essential in keeping people away from crime.<\/p>

The clergyman suggests that education can help young people know and understand the law.<\/p>\n

In recent weeks, there have been serious criminal activities across Antigua & Barbuda ranging from car theft, shootings, and robberies.<\/p>

The Royal Antigua and Barbuda Police Force say they are addressing the recent spike in criminal activity plaguing the country.<\/p>\n

Acting Deputy Commissioner of Police Martin Rodney says the police are taking all illegal activities seriously.<\/p>
