Kareem Jacobs of Potters was sentenced to 36 months in prison for gun and ammunition convictions today.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

He took sole responsibility for the crime and the charges were dropped against his mother and a friend\u00a0who were charged with the same offense.<\/p>\n

The 26-year-old was\u00a0also fined a combined amount of $3000 forthwith for two drug charges or faces additional sentences of eight months imprisonment for each.<\/p>

All this while the convict is yet to pay off a $40,000 fine for drug convictions back in February.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

That fine is due in October and will attract another two-years imprisonment if Jacobs fails to pay.<\/p>\n
