Radio personality Algernon Serpent Watts has been charged over an incident with Education Minister Michael Browne.<\/p>

Watts has been slapped with three charges, the specifics are still coming to hand.<\/p>\n

They relate to an incident on Monday where Browne was a guest on an Observer Radio programme hosted by Dave Lester Payne.<\/p>

According to reports, sometime after the show, Browne uttered to Watts the words “I forgive you.”<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n

It is reported that Watts became angry and began to vent although exactly what was said remains unclear.<\/p>\n

Browne reported the matter to the police and a few days later Watts was interviewed, arrested and charged.<\/p>

A source said Observer Radio is prohibited from reporting on the issue.<\/p>\n
