Randy Edwards will be sentenced next month after pleading guilty to manslaughter.<\/p>

Edwards chopped and injured Elvis Daisy with a cutlass during an altercation on Wireless Road in March of 2016.<\/p>\n

\n

Daisy died in October 2016 after spending several months in ICU at the hospital.<\/p>\n

\n

Edwards was later charged with murder after an autopsy revealed Daisy\u2019s death was a direct result of the injuries he sustained during the incident.<\/p>\n

\n

The prosecution said they accepted the plea of manslaughter since the evidence showed the defendant was provoked by the deceased.<\/p>
