Prison officers who work any of the three shifts at Her Majesty\u2019s Prison 1735, will do so a lot more comfortable with the recent handing over of a new Toyota Hiace 16-seater bus.<\/p>

Acting Permanent Secretary (PS) within the Ministry of Legal Affairs, Public Safety and Labour<\/u>, Stacey Gregg-Paige officially presented the keys to Superintendent of the Prison Albert Wade on Tuesday at the prison. PS Gregg-Paige noted that the prison officers were facing some challenges with the condition of the vehicle previously used to transport them, however, with this new addition, prison officers can expect a level of comfort on their daily commute.<\/p>\n

In thanking the Permanent Secretary for the new bus, G 2375, Superintendent Wade, commended her on the dedication she has shown since arriving at the Ministry in seeking to ensure that not only the prison but all the departments of the Ministry have the tools that would allow them to function effectively.<\/p>
