2011.<\/p>\n<p>But LIAT in a release today the court decided, amongst other matters that Mr. Blackburn significantly contributed to his dismissal and his compensation should be reduced by to act contrary to the employer&#8217;s interest.<\/p>\n<p>LIAT says it will continue to work with its employees and their Union representative to foster a relationship of mutual trust and confidence
