The victim\u2019s daughter, Tralejah Martin told state media she hopes Charles, who pleaded guilty to the murder, is never released from prison.<\/span><\/p>

\u201cI just hope I\u2019ll never see him anywhere again even if it\u2019s when I\u2019m older\u201d, she said.<\/span><\/p>\n

The daughter, who testified on the first day of the sentencing hearing said \u201cI just pray that the same absence of mercy that he expressed when he killed my father\u2026<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>I just pray that [today] the same absence of mercy that he had is in the courtroom.\u201d<\/span><\/p>
