In a social media post, the company said LICCOM\u2019s construction team is moving ahead with the development of additional retail spaces featuring \u201cbold Caribbean colours,\u201d while roofing and exterior finishing works continue across the site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The update also noted that work is preparing the way for an expanded parking area, which has already been fenced and readied for construction activity. According to the post, the additional parking is expected to improve accessibility and convenience for both residents and visitors.<\/p>
