According to the official programme released by Government House, the ceremony will begin at 2 p.m. at Government House on Independence Drive in St. John\u2019s, with guests expected to be seated by 1:45 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Governor General Sir Rodney Williams and Lady Williams are expected to preside over the proceedings, which will include the administration of the Oath of Allegiance, Oath of Office and Oath of Secrecy.<\/p>
