St. John\u2019s, Antigua and Barbuda, Friday, May 8, 2026<\/p>

The police have formally charged 23-year-old Nathaniel Santana of Hatton, Gray\u2019s Farm in connection with a shooting incident that occurred at Queen Elizabeth Highway on Sunday, April 26.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Santana is accused of unlawfully and maliciously shooting at a 32-year-old resident of Grays Farm, and was charged with Shooting with Intent to Murder, Discharging a Firearm in a Public Place, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, and Unlawful Possession of Ammunition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He appeared before Chief Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel in the St. John\u2019s Magistrate\u2019s Court on Thursday, where he was remanded to His Majesty\u2019s Prison. The matter was adjourned until June 18, 2026.<\/p>
