are eligible for the final contribution toward the retroactive payment for the contract period 2018 to 2023 that their outstanding amount can be determined as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-for-teachers-employed-january-1-2019-to-december-31-2023\">For Teachers Employed January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2023<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Multiply your substantive salary as of <strong>January 1, 2019<\/strong> by 0.05 then by 12.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiply your substantive salary as of <strong>January 1, 2020<\/strong> by 0.092 then by the number of months you work from 2020 \u2013 2023.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the result from steps 1 and 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the extra month\u2019s salary you received in <strong>2022, 2024 and 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subtract your previous result from step 3. to report any discrepancies in relation to the final retroactive payment (2018 \u2013 2023) to the offices of the Accounts Department at the Ministry of Education or \u201c<a
