Antigua and Barbuda will take center stage this June as it hosts the Rotaract District 7030 Conference 2026<\/strong>, under the theme \u201cLinked in Wadadli.\u201d<\/strong> This marks the first time in over two decades that the country will host this flagship regional event, led by the Rotaract Club of Antigua<\/strong>.<\/p>

Scheduled for June 25 to 29, 2026<\/strong>, the conference will be held at Pineapple Beach Club<\/strong> and will bring together approximately 200 young leaders and professionals from across the Caribbean<\/strong> for four days of leadership development, collaboration, and cultural exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rotaract District 7030 represents a network of 47 clubs across the Caribbean<\/strong>, spanning territories such Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Barbados, Curacao, Dominica, French Guiana, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Montserrat, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago.<\/p>

The annual conference serves as the district\u2019s premier platform for training, networking, and advancing youth-led solutions to regional challenges.<\/p>

This year\u2019s theme, \u201cLinked in Wadadli,\u201d<\/strong> reflects a strong focus on connection, identity, and regional integration. It highlights Antigua and Barbuda as a hub where Caribbean youth can build partnerships, exchange ideas, and strengthen collective leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference programme will feature a mix of intensive leadership training sessions, expert-led discussions, innovation workshops, and community service activities<\/strong>, alongside cultural showcases that celebrate Caribbean diversity. Participants will also engage in networking events designed to foster long-term professional and regional connections.<\/p>

For decades, the Rotaract District 7030 Conference has rotated across Caribbean territories, consistently attracting an average of 150 – 200 participants annually<\/strong> and contributing to local economies while building a pipeline of skilled, service-driven leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2026 conference is being led by District Rotaract Representative Crystal Mohammed of Rotaract Club of San Fernando South<\/strong>, with Co-Chairs Sherwyn Greenidge and Dr. Namadi Belle of Rotaract Club of Antigua<\/strong>, supported by a diverse local and regional planning team. Their leadership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening youth capacity and expanding opportunities for collaboration across the region.<\/p>
