Speaking at his campaign launch, Mr Beazer said leadership must be rooted in service rather than self-interest, adding that he would represent Barbudans with integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI vow to represent your best interest at every point in this journey,\u201d he told supporters.<\/p>

He urged voters to view the election as a decision about community wellbeing, not political loyalty.<\/p>

\u201cYou are electing a representative to look out for your best interest, not somebody that is going to look out for themselves,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr Beazer described his campaign as a \u201clabour movement for the people of Barbuda\u201d, focused on unity, resilience and empowerment. He also argued that the island\u2019s unique needs must be prioritised, warning that a \u201cone size fits all\u201d approach would not work.<\/p>
