    Former eligible employees who were employed during the period January 1, 2019 to January 31, 2024, are advised of the payment of the outstanding balance of retroactive payment associated with the 9% salary increase for the aforementioned period.<\/p>

    Please note that any previous payments made towards this total amount will be deducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Eligibility Criteria
    a. Former employees who were employed after January 1 2019; and
    b. Held a permanent position (i.e., were not employed on a fixed-term contract) during the qualifying period.<\/p>

    1. Retroactive Risk Allowance Payments (January 1, 2010 \u2013 December 31, 2019)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Former employees who were employed between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2019, and who were not in receipt of a risk allowance during that period, may be eligible for retroactive risk allowance payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
