A mother is appealing for help to find her teenage son, who she says is in distress and wandering the streets.<\/p>

Teneshia Warren identified him as Tejornie Mannix, noting this is the first time he has shown such behavior. She said he has been moving around aimlessly and avoiding family members trying to get him medical care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also reported that he has visible bruises, raising concerns about his safety, and warned that others may misinterpret his actions. \u201cI don\u2019t want him to get hurt by someone who thinks he\u2019s just causing mischief,\u201d she added.<\/p>
