The ABLP St. John\u2019s City West Branch marked the Easter season by distributing food baskets to elderly residents in the Point and Villa communities, in an effort to recognise their contributions and support vulnerable members of the constituency.<\/p>

The initiative, carried out on behalf of MP Gaston Browne, forms part of the branch\u2019s annual outreach, with organisers noting that this is the second consecutive year the effort has been undertaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a statement, the group said the activity was inspired by the message of Easter, reflecting on \u201cthe life, death, and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ\u201d and the values of love, sacrifice and compassion associated with the season.<\/p>

The branch said the distribution was also intended to honour the elderly for their role in shaping the community, adding that their \u201cwisdom and sacrifices will never be forgotten.\u201d<\/p>
