class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Represent the Union in grievance and disciplinary matters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Negotiate collective bargaining agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advise members on employment and labour-related issues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare reports, case summaries, and correspondence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct workplace visits and engage with shop stewards and members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide guidance on the interpretation of labour laws and agreements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qualifications-amp-experience\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in labour relations or union representation\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Relations, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field would be an asset<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters effectively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High level of integrity and professionalism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-core-competencies\">Core Competencies:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sound knowledge of labour legislation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Critical thinking and
