Senator Michael Freeland said the outcome reflected Baltimore\u2019s connection with constituents, noting, \u201cLast night, the people of St. Philip’s North made their voices clearly heard\u2026 a campaign well fought, a victory well earned.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Freeland added that Baltimore now carries significant responsibility, expressing confidence in his leadership: \u201cThe road ahead comes with great responsibility\u2026 we are assured that you will continue rising to meet it.\u201d<\/p>
