Randy Baltimore of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) has won the St. Philip North by-election by a wide margin, according to the final results released after all seven ballot boxes were counted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final box, from Polling Division C \u2014 Newfield Primary School (A\u2013Z)<\/strong>, added 149 votes for Baltimore<\/strong> and 42 for United Progressive Party (UPP) candidate Alex Browne<\/strong>, with one ballot rejected<\/strong>.<\/p>

With the final tally completed, Baltimore secured 924 votes<\/strong>, while Browne received 407 votes<\/strong>, confirming a decisive victory for the ABLP candidate.<\/p>

Baltimore will now take his seat in Parliament as the new representative for St. Philip North, maintaining the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party\u2019s hold on the constituency.<\/p>

EARLIER REPORT:<\/strong> Randy Baltimore of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) has won the St. Philip North by-election after building an insurmountable lead with just one ballot box left to be counted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Results from six of the seven boxes show Baltimore with 775 votes<\/strong>, well ahead of United Progressive Party (UPP) candidate Alex Browne<\/strong>, who has 365 votes<\/strong>. The margin places the ABLP candidate beyond reach even before the final box is opened.<\/p>
