A firearms ammunition case involving three Sea View Farm residents has ended after prosecutors discontinued the matter in the Magistrate\u2019s Court.<\/p>

Averly Jno Baptiste Sr., Averly Jno Baptiste Jr., and Tarnalee Jno Baptiste had faced an allegation that they were in possession of a single twelve-gauge shotgun cartridge without holding a valid firearm user\u2019s licence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The case had earlier been postponed when it first came up before Chief Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel because defence counsel was absent, preventing the defendants from entering pleas.<\/p>
