The group emerged as the winner ahead of Irene B. Williams Secondary School<\/strong>, the other finalist announced in the category recognizing outstanding school steel bands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accepting the award, a representative of the band thanked the members for their dedication and acknowledged the effort behind the group\u2019s performance.<\/p>

\u201cOkay, good evening everyone. I know you saw a lot of people on the stage just now, but I could not take the opportunity by myself because they worked extremely hard,\u201d the representative said.<\/p>

The speaker added that the band hopes to continue developing music beyond the school environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
