Averly Jno Baptiste Sr., Averly Jno Baptiste Jr., and Tarnalee Jno Baptiste appeared before Chief Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel on Thursday accused of possessing a single twelve-gauge cartridge without holding a valid firearm user\u2019s licence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No pleas were taken during the brief appearance because their attorney was not present in court. The matter was postponed until March 11, when the defendants are expected to formally enter their pleas.<\/p>
