Mr Payne, representing Twin Stod Enterprise, impressed judges at the annual agricultural show in the United States Virgin Islands with the quality and presentation of his livestock and crops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabinet described the achievement as a proud moment for the country, saying his success highlights high standards and innovation in local agriculture and strengthens its regional profile.<\/p>
