Sir Robin was first elected on Feb. 18, 1976, representing the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party under the leadership of Vere Cornwall Bird. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremonial sitting is expected to feature tributes from fellow lawmakers. Governor General Sir Rodney Williams is also scheduled to attend and deliver remarks.<\/p>
