As a child, he and his friends would cook at the&nbsp;<strong>Seawall by Greenbay<\/strong>, catching fresh seafood and collecting bananas and green figs that washed ashore from the Dominican boat. For young Brian, it wasn\u2019t just a pastime, it was survival. From these humble beginnings, his talent and passion for food grew into a&nbsp;<strong>remarkable culinary career spanning over 35 years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He began his formal training in&nbsp;<strong>1988 at the Devi Anchorage Hotel<\/strong>, before joining&nbsp;<strong>Hawksbill Beach Resort (Kuoni)<\/strong>&nbsp;in 1989.
