A 25-year-old man will be sentenced on Friday after admitting to unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, while charges against his two co-accused have been dropped.<\/p>

Aadham O\u2019Garro pleaded guilty before Chief Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel on Wednesday. Prosecutors withdrew all charges against George Chiddick, 33, and Ajante Thomas, 21, leaving O\u2019Garro as the sole defendant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The case followed a police operation in the Green Bay area on Saturday, 24 January. Officers discovered a Glock 17 nine-millimetre pistol and 15 rounds of ammunition at a residence, leading to the arrest of all three men.<\/p>
