A 15-year-old detainee testified that Robinson returned from court visibly upset over a bail issue and that, later that night, he heard a brief scream followed by silence. The teen also said inmates were locked in cells by mid-afternoon and that overnight checks were rare.<\/p>

The death remains disputed. Family lawyer Wendel Alexander<\/a> is calling for a homicide investigation, while police have previously pointed to possible natural causes. Prison Superintendent Trevor Pennyfeather<\/a> has said the death may have involved strangulation.<\/p>
