The launch featured remarks from several distinguished speakers, including Minister of Health, Sir Molwyn Joseph, who highlighted the vital role mentorship plays in shaping the next generation of nurses and strengthening the nation\u2019s healthcare system.<\/p>

The University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus has now provided the opportunity for this important work to be done in person\u2014where real connections are built, professional standards are reinforced, and young nurses are truly prepared for the realities of the job,\u201d Sir Molwyn added.<\/p>
