Prime Minister Gaston Browne<\/strong> is sponsoring 10 fully funded scholarships for residents of St. John\u2019s City West to pursue selected short courses at the University of the West Indies Global Campus<\/strong> in 2026.<\/p>

The initiative, announced through the St. John\u2019s City West Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) constituency group, is aimed at expanding access to practical, career-focused training and supporting skills development among constituents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the announcement, the scholarships will cover short courses designed to enhance professional capacity in areas including human resource management, supervisory and project management, labour law, marketing, office management, occupational health and safety, financial planning for small businesses, and introductory legal and education-related programmes.<\/p>
