Officials have moved the national clean-up campaign <\/a>to the Lower Ottos area,<\/a> where teams are removing derelict vehicles and other waste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The National Solid Waste Management Authority<\/a> and the Central Board of Health <\/a>were previously operating in the Villa and Point areas before shifting efforts.<\/p>

The campaign aims to improve the country\u2019s appearance and reduce health and security risks<\/a> linked to abandoned vehicles, which are often left along roadsides and in empty lots.<\/p>

Inspectors mark derelict vehicles with an \u201cX\u201d to notify owners and allow time for voluntary removal. Vehicles that remain are later removed by government crews using heavy equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Officials say public cooperation is essential and are urging residents to take responsibility for their surroundings and support the nationwide effort.<\/p>
