TO: The Matron of the Female Division, HMP Antigua<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s stop wasting time. The chaos and corruption in the female division are an open disgrace, and it falls squarely on your desk.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>
\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

It is an open secret that one specific inmate is allowed to act like the boss of the entire division. She gets special deals, special food, and special protection. <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Why? Because she has officers on your payroll running interference for her, turning a blind eye, and treating her like royalty. This disgusting favoritism and collusion makes a mockery of discipline and fairness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is frankly laughable. This very inmate has been the subject of various news articles before, yet she remains seemingly untouchable, while other inmates are severely punished for far less.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

And because you and your officers are preoccupied protecting this corrupt arrangement, the division is out of control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While you fail to contain corruption, the inmates are running wild: Is it true, Matron, that open lesbian relationships are being conducted right under the noses of you and your staff? <\/p>

The inmates know your officers are either too busy or too weak to enforce the rules, so discipline has collapsed.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The taxpayers demand accountability for the officers who are giving this inmate boss special privileges, and we demand you restore basic order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The people of Antigua are watching. This is just the start\u2014there is more to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
