<strong>vehicle-registration controversy<\/strong>, after he sought information from the <strong>Transport Board<\/strong> about government-owned vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bowen told Parliament he asked what he described as a \u201csimple question\u201d \u2014 how many vehicles owned by the government are registered with the Transport Board \u2014 but was informed that the information could not are involved. Bowen argued that elected representatives should not be blocked from accessing basic records related to government property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bowen said the Transport Board matter was not an isolated case.
