Senator Kiz Johnson says \u201cprogress starts with opportunity\u201d as she unveiled a series of initiatives designed to expand access to skills training and higher education for residents of St Philip\u2019s South.<\/p>

In a video statement, the senator confirmed that five residents will receive scholarships for a 10-week certificate course at the Lifelong Learning Unit of the University of the West Indies Five Islands Campus. She said the programme marks the first step in a sustained effort to broaden personal and professional development options within the constituency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Johnson also announced new partnerships with accredited academic institutions in the United Kingdom, creating additional pathways for residents to pursue affordable online bachelor\u2019s and master\u2019s degrees across a range of fields.<\/p>
