Potters Village is mourning the loss of Genevieve \u201cTeacher Gen\u201d Smith, a beloved educator and community pillar who spent more than four decades shaping young minds.<\/p>

Smith, widely respected for her devotion to children\u2014including those with special needs\u2014also fostered 63 youngsters, leaving a lasting impact on families across the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An annual scholarship at Potters Primary School was launched in her honour in January 2024 to recognise outstanding male and female students, the most improved student, and the student most in need.<\/p>
