We haven&#8217;t accessed that as yet. We&#8217;re looking to get the first drawdown by January.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She said the ministry has already submitted all required technical documents for the first $20 million tranche: \u201c<em>Everything from contractor names, over 50 of them actually, everything from contractor names to the amounts to the area\u2026 Everything has been submitted, so we&#8217;re just waiting to (First Choice to Sandals)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sir George Walter Highway<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The road from Hatton to Five Islands<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThese,\u201d she said, \u201c<em>are the ones that are in need of serious repair<\/em>\u201d and will help \u201c<em>alleviate some of the traffic burden<\/em>\u201d on newly completed roads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bird-Browne stressed that the public often misunderstands the scale of the All Saints project.<\/p><div id=\"antig-1498628850\" Bird Bus at the market going all the way to English Harbour.<\/em>\u201d<br>She said the agreement is now with the legal department and \u201c<em>we\u2019ll be making all of that information available ownership. She said the Canadian partner, Dexter, has experience across the Caribbean and \u201c<em>will be offering training for our staff\u2026 that training may even allow them to travel to Canada for further training as well.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also highlighted two persistent problem areas slated for correction next year:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Friars Hill Road (just outside Woods)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Airport Road near the Wallings Highway junction<\/strong>, a known flood zone<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bird-Browne said the ministry is preparing engineering drawings and bringing in specialist expertise:<br>\u201c<em>Because of the heavy water table\u2026 it is very difficult to do it in-house.
