PM Browne Says New Polling in Eight Constituencies Shows \u2018Significant Swing\u2019 Toward ABLP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prime Minister Gaston Browne says fresh political polling across eight constituencies <\/a>indicates a \u201csignificant swing<\/a>\u201d toward the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP<\/a><\/em>) and a marked loss of support for the United Progressive Party (UPP).<\/p>

Browne said the findings were based on surveys conducted by pollster Peter Wickham <\/a>in constituencies the ABLP narrowly lost in the last election, with Barbuda <\/a>being the only exception.<\/p>

According to the Prime Minister, the data point to a consolidation of support that places the governing party in a stronger position heading into the next general election.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
