system<\/li>\n<li>Maintain customer documentation and administration through our software system.<\/li>\n<li>Provide exceptional service to customers at the office and on the phone, including responding to customers\u2019 queries and mid-term alterations.<\/li>\n<li>Follow compliance procedures including AML.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on outstanding premium payments and carry through account
