The family of Antiguan resident Dylan Simon is showing their full support as he gets ready for sentencing in St. John\u2019s.<\/p>

After a recent High Court decision, Dylan Simon’s family is giving him all their love and support as he awaits sentencing next week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Justice Stanley John found Mr. Simon guilty of several charges, including larceny, after a trial in Antigua and Barbuda’s High Court.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Simon is expected to be sentenced on Thursday, December 11th, 2025, by the same judge.<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The family in a joint statement through their lawyer declared, \u201cWe\u2019ve always stood behind Dylan, who has maintained his innocence throughout this legal ordeal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No matter what, we will always believe in him, and nothing will break our shared bond and belief in his upstanding character. We respect the legal process and understand the court must do their due diligence. <\/p>

As this matter proceeds, we remain hopeful that the court will carefully consider all the facts presented and extend to Dylan appropriate fairness in its decision.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
