Police Investigate Attempted Break-In at ECAB<\/a> Thames Street Branch<\/em><\/p>

Police are searching for the suspect (s) <\/a>who attempted to break into the ECAB Branch on Thames Street early Tuesday morning<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Around 4:35 a.m., officers were alerted after the bank\u2019s security alarm was triggered<\/a>, prompting security personnel to check the building. <\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

During the inspection, two masked men<\/a> were seen exiting a southern push-up window, while a third suspect was observed standing outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further examination revealed that the intruders broke a glass window in an apparent attempt to gain access to other areas of the building, but were unsuccessful<\/a>. Nothing was reported stolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The suspects were all dressed in dark clothing with their faces concealed.
Two of the men are estimated to be approximately 5 ft. 9 in. in height, while the third is believed to be about 5 ft. 6 in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was further reported that the suspects fled the scene in a white Toyota Vitz motor car.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The police are appealing to anyone with information that may assist in the investigation to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or call the Crimestoppers anonymous hotline at 800-TIPS (8477).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
