Antigua and Barbuda\u2019s Prime Minister says his U.S. attorney is preparing to issue a pre-action letter to American law firm Boies Schiller Flexner, demanding US$10 million in damages for alleged defamation related to what he calls the \u201cAlfa Nero fabrication.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a statement posted online, the Prime Minister said the letter will be sent within 48 hours to partner David Boies. He did not provide details on the specific statements he claims were defamatory but accused the firm of spreading false information connected to the ongoing Alfa Nero controversy.<\/p>
