The order, which was made on November 12 and gazetted yesterday, said that Olive Green-Jack should be held for her social media post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The order stated that Green-Jack \u201cmade and published public posts and\/or comments on social media addressed to the Venezuelan Government in an attempt to influence public opinion in a manner likely to be prejudicial to public safety.\u201d<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

It added that the posts and comments invited violence on the Prime Minister, the Government of Trinidad and Tobago and members of the public by Venezuela and\/or external persons, which revealed \u201can imminent threat to public safety.\u201d<\/p>

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Green-Jack, of Sargangar Trace, Morne Coco Road, Diego Martin, will be held at the Women\u2019s Prison as part of the detention order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hers was one of four detention orders signed by Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander. The others included: Vishnu \u201cRishi\u201d Kalpoo of Iros Road, Chatham, and Ibis Street, Fanny Village, Point Fortin; Tyreek Romeo of 19th Street, Beetham Gardens; and Gerome Awai, also called Jerome \u201cBush\u201d Awai, of Church Street, Petit Valley for being members of Organised Crime Group (OCG).<\/p>

The detention order against Kalpoo said he thought to be a supplier of large-scale trafficking of illegal narcotics, firearms, ammunition, contraband or uncustomed goods, human trafficking and fuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Romeo is said to affiliated to the 7 Gang.<\/p>

\u201cThe detainee and other members of the group are actively planning and preparing to assist in the execution of violent reprisal attacks utilising high-powered firearms in public spaces that would create a substantial risk of harm to bystanders and civilians,\u201d the order said.<\/p>

Awai was identified as the leader of the \u201cValley Monsters,\u201d which is connected to other larger gangs such as the \u201cRichplain Gang\u201d and the \u201c9 Gang,\u201d with a cache of high-powered firearms, and is said to be responsible for murders, armed robberies, and narcotics and firearms trafficking.<\/p>\n
