Wilson will participate in the festival\u2019s closing event on November 22, where he will present two signature dishes: fungee with a passion fruit and ginger dipping sauce, and Chop-Up Churri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The association said Wilson\u2019s appearance highlights Antigua and Barbuda\u2019s culinary talent as the regional festival brings together chefs and food enthusiasts from across the Caribbean.<\/p>
