A team from the Antigua Public Utilities Authority (APUA) has been deployed to Jamaica to help restore electricity following the passage of Hurricane Melissa.<\/p>

The group, led by Supervisor Kelvin Tanner and Foreman Sean Spencer, includes lineworkers Wamani Grayman, Jamany Anthony, and Shoy Matthew. They will spend about a month assisting the Jamaica Public Service (JPS) with power restoration in affected communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their mission forms part of the CARILEC Disaster Assistance Programme, which mobilises regional utilities to support recovery efforts after major disasters.<\/p>
